Hi, I’m Bonnie Leair, Executive Assistant and Office Manager. I help keep the agency moving forward by supporting our team, strengthening our internal operations, and making sure the details don’t get lost along the way. My role continues to grow across HR, marketing, and day-to-day agency operations, while also working closely with Rob to help turn ideas into action and keep priorities moving in the right direction. I genuinely enjoy bringing organization to the moving pieces—and yes, keeping Rob organized is definitely one of them. Somebody needs too!
One of the best parts of my day is connecting with our team. I thrive on those everyday interactions, and I do my best to create an environment that’s both efficient and welcoming. But if I had to pick my favorite part of the job, it’s working with our clients. Over time, many of them have become more than just names on a file—they’ve become familiar voices and even friends. Getting to know their stories and being part of their lives is something I truly value.
Before I landed in insurance, I dreamed of a career in graphic arts. I’ve always loved the creative process—balancing structure with imagination. While my path shifted, that creative spark is still with me. In my free time, I love drawing with colored pencils, especially realistic, detailed work. It’s my personal escape and my happy place.
And if you were wondering—I’m not a coffee drinker and just never will be. I start each day with a good old cup of unsweetened black tea. Simple, no frills… kind of like me. I’ve always been pretty down-to-earth. I had a favorite phrase I used to say to my kids: “If wishes were fishes, we’d all be floating in the deep blue sea.” For me, it’s a gentle reminder that action matters more than hoping things happen.
If I had to sum up my work style in three words, I’d say: committed, dependable, and passionate. I show up with everything I’ve got, every single day. A turning point for me came when a dear friend once told me, “You have something important to say.” At the time, I didn’t fully see it in myself—but those words stuck with me. This dear friend helped me recognize that I had more to offer than I realized. Since then, I’ve brought not just my skills, but a stronger sense of self and heart into everything I do.
