Hi, I’m Faith, and I’m a Commercial Service Agent. My favorite thing about my job is helping clients really understand what their insurance coverage means—how it’s designed to protect them. Those “ah-ha” moments, when someone walks away from a conversation feeling confident and clear about their policy, that’s what makes it all worth it.

My journey into insurance started with a nudge from a friend—who’s now a colleague! She encouraged me to apply for a receptionist position at Covenant while I was still in college. After spending time at the front desk, and briefly stepping into teaching, I felt the Lord pulling me back to the insurance world. I earned my license in 2021, and ever since, I’ve been focused on serving our commercial clients with a mix of knowledge, care, and a little bit of that teacher’s heart.

One thing I always tell clients? Read your contracts, especially the insurance requirements section. It’s so important to make sure your coverage lines up with what is required. If everything doesn’t match it can cost you, and really cut into your profit margins down the road. Don’t worry—you’re not alone. Our team is here to review those insurance requirements with you to make sure everything matches up.

Outside of the office, I love to travel. My favorite trip so far was to Israel in 2019—it was unforgettable. But I’m always up for a new adventure to see if I can top it!

If I wasn’t in insurance I would be in a classroom; I have an associates degree in elementary education. I use my background in teaching to help educate our insureds on how their insurance works. I love helping people feel informed and empowered.

My mornings usually start with a coffee with cream—though a caramel latte is a nice little treat once in a while! My favorite local hangout is The Midtown Scholar Bookstore in downtown Harrisburg. It’s a cozy, inspiring spot where you can just slow down and relax with a good cup of coffee; and all the books. It’s a must visit for any book lover!  

How would I describe my work style? A little chaotic—but always committed.
