Hey, I’m Jubilee! I’m a Commercial Service Agent, and I really thrive in an environment where I get to work with a team and tackle challenges head-on. I love the balance of problem-solving and collaboration—whether I’m working with clients or teammates, finding the right insurance solution for complex needs is where I hit my stride.

I actually started out at the front desk, which gave me a great perspective on just how important good communication and solid client service really are. Since then, I’ve grown into this role, and what I enjoy most now is helping clients understand their coverage. Getting into the details, explaining the “why” behind the policy—that’s where my passion lies.

One thing I always tell clients? Request Certificates of Insurance from your contractors and subcontractors. And don’t just stop there—make sure they include Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation language. It might sound like small stuff, but those details can make a huge difference when it comes to protecting your business.

When I’m not at work, I’m all about athletic training and pushing myself to be a better athlete. If I weren’t in insurance, I could totally see myself going pro in sports, diving into Earth and Space Science research, or even heading down a path in law. I’ve always been curious, competitive, and driven.

My ideal Saturday? A slow, easy morning… a solid gym session… then kicking back with some good movies, shows, or video games—and of course, amazing food is a must.
