Katrina Leppo

Hi, I’m Katrina Leppo. I have spent decades in the insurance industry, and what I love most has not changed: being a partner to my clients as they grow and evolve. In my role as Vice President of Commercial Lines, I enjoy walking alongside businesses through every stage of their journey—and that’s what makes this work so meaningful to me.

My start in insurance was simple. I filed papers, stamped mail, and answered phones. But even then, I found myself reading policy documents out of curiosity. That early interest sparked a passion that turned into a career built on service, leadership, and a real love for helping people protect what matters.

One thing I always encourage clients to do is loop us in early—before the big move, the new purchase, or the next step in their business. When we’re part of the planning process, not just the paperwork, we can give the guidance and help avoid surprises down the road.

I am inspired by the variety of businesses I work with. No two are the same, and I learn something new every day. Just as I enjoy helping my clients grow, I am equally committed to helping my team grow too. Supporting others in their development is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Insurance also happens to be a bit of a family legacy—my grandmother was a Commercial Insurance agent, and I am proud to continue in her footsteps.

Where would I be if I had not found my way into this field? Let’s be honest…I would have found my way into insurance–there is no other place for me.  

Most mornings, you will find me with a cup of English Breakfast tea and some quiet time with the Lord.  I find I am better able to give to others when I start the day from a peaceful place.  A favorite quote of mine comes from the great Fred Rogers:

“I believe that appreciation is a holy thing… In loving and appreciating our neighbor, we’re participating in something sacred.”

Outside the office, I enjoy time with my family, spending time with our Church community, trying to best my kids at video games.  Some of my favorite local treats include ice cream from Sweet Willows, quiche from Copper Crust, focaccia from the Bearded Egg, and that double-chocolate sourdough from Carolyn!   I truly love what I do, and I am grateful every day to be a trusted resource for the businesses and people I serve.
