Roseanna Zeller

Hi, I’m Roseanna Zeller, and I serve as a Customer Service Agent. I truly enjoy helping people find the coverage that fits them best and making sure they have the guidance they need every step of the way. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping clients feel valued, heard, and confident in their protection.

My journey into insurance began with a curiosity about different career paths—I earned my insurance license on my own and quickly discovered how much I enjoyed the industry. Having always worked in customer service, this role felt like a natural fit for my passion for helping others and building meaningful connections.

Before joining the insurance world, I spent about three years working at Walt Disney World as a safari driver at Animal Kingdom. That experience left me with plenty of fun stories and random animal facts—ask me about springboks sometime! (They can jump 13 feet into the air!) I also spent several years operating ride systems in theme parks while studying to design roller coasters, so if I weren’t in insurance, I’d probably still be in the theme park industry.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll likely find me on the dance floor or out on a hiking trail. I love country line dancing and exploring national parks—Zion has been my favorite so far for its breathtaking views, though Alaska’s wildlife and scenery are hard to beat. I’m also a tea lover (not a coffee drinker!) and highly recommend Lilybird & Co. in York for their amazing loose-leaf teas—especially the Snickerdoodle blend. And for the best local sushi, Oyako in East York is my go-to spot!
