Tracy Lau

Hi, I’m Tracy, and I’m a Commercial Administrative Assistant. My job is all about keeping things organized and on track—supporting the team with time management, project coordination, and all those behind-the-scenes details that help everything run smoothly. I genuinely enjoy bringing structure to our day-to-day operations. There’s something really satisfying about making sure everything’s in place so the team can do their best work.

Serving others has always been close to my heart, both in and outside of the office. A fun fact about me—I homeschooled my kids from 8th through 12th grade. That season of life really shaped me. It taught me a lot about patience, flexibility, and the importance of fostering a love of learning. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me in the garden. I absolutely love it. There’s just something so peaceful and fulfilling about watching things grow. It reminds me daily of God’s provision and creativity. To me, gardening is more than a hobby—it’s a way to slow down and reflect on how everything we need is already being taken care of.
